Stephen is a registered professional engineer and holds a BSc Eng (Electrical) from the University of Cape Town. He has extensive experience in business case compilation and management, engineering design of project solutions, engineering management, and programme management. He has completed a number of investigations, proposals and implementations of solutions in the electrical provisioning, energy efficiency management, alternate energy solutions and quality of supply environments.

Vivienne holds a BSc Zoology from the University of Cape Town. Vivienne has extensive experience with environmental issues for governmental, parastatal and private industries and has completed, amongst others, the following undertakings:

- Environmental management system and programme establishment for customers including Eskom
- Industry legal and EMS compliance evaluations
- Flue gas desulphurisation feasibility study
